IBC Launches The Thousand Reviewers Club

Dear Indican,

Indic Book Club is an online platform showcasing books on our civilisational knowledge and history as well as books belonging to other genres, written by authors who intellectually and emotionally belong to our civilisation. It seeks to build a global community of book lovers by encouraging reading, sharing & writing – reviews, longform and books.

Over the last five years, we have given away more than ten-thousand books, promoted over hundred authors, organized more than a hundred and fifty book launches, interviewed over fifty authors, trained more than two hundred writers and authors, given away fifty-five MasterClass lessons, sponsored a litfest and curated panel discussions at Literature Festivals. We have also given two-hundred and fifty publishing grants, and published twelve books.

We have now launched an initiative to distribute FIVE-THOUSAND copies by promoting FIFTY authors and distribute up to a HUNDRED copies of their books to a select group of THOUSAND reviewers.

These reviewers will receive up to five books (or more) over a twelve-month period. The books will be yours to keep, and there is no charge or admission or membership fees.

We will, however, request you to:

Post a photo or selfie with the book you receive on your social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc…) and tag Indic Academy and Indic Book Club.

1. Post an original review on www.indicbookclub.com, Goodreads/Amazon (200 words or longer) of the book and share it on social media.
