Swarajya Conversations - Sanjeev Sanyal On Global Economic Trends And India’s Challenges

Swarajya will be hosting a brand new series of events across India in the coming months. Titled ‘Swarajya Conversations’ the events will consist of a 60 minute tête-à-tête between a distinguished guest and our host. Conversations will feature thought provoking discussions with some of India’s leading thinkers, economists, technologists, business leaders and figures in public life. The 60 minute session will include Q&A session and high tea.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with some of the Swarajya Editorial Advisory Board members, Swarajya editorial team apart from the distinguished guest of the program.

We debut with Sanjeev Sanyal as our special guest. Sanjeev is an Indian economist, best selling writer, environmentalist and urban theorist. He was earlier the Deutsche Bank’s Global Strategist and is widely regarded as one of Asia’s leading economists. A Rhodes scholar and Eisenhower Fellow, he was named “Young Global Leader 2010” by the World Economic Forum at Davos.

Chandu Nair will host the program. Chandu has over 30 years of experience in consultancy, media and information services. A co-founder of Scope e-Knoweldge Center, a pioneering knowledge process outsourcing company that scaled up to 1000+ people before his exit, his areas of focus were business development and fund raising, and his passion was enterprise building and transformation.
