Afraid of being neutralised by the Indian agencies as Prime Minister Narendra Modi government retains power, underworld kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, who is hiding in Pakistan, called some senior officers of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI to express his fear, reports Zee News.
Intelligence sources said that all the actions taken by the Modi government since 2014 against Dawood and his aides have left him searching for cover. Dawood, who was wishing to see the end of NDA government, called the ISI officers shortly after the results were announced and pleaded to save him from the Indian security agencies.
Dawood even expressed serious concerns over the ever-growing popularity of PM Modi and India’s growing defence and security ties with the US and Israel under his leadership.
Sources said that Dawood is fearful of the fact that PM Modi would do anything to get him back to India. His fears are doubled as the American intelligence agency CIA and Israel’s Mossad might be helping India in nabbing him.
