The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has urged the Central government to revoke the work visas of all Pakistani artists and take steps for their immediate deportation in the wake of the Pulwama terror attack.
Furthermore, a memorandum was submitted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj by the AICWA.
“We express our deepest condolences to the families of martyred soldiers, and we salute the courage of each member of the armed forces who lost his life in the line of duty," said the AICWA as reported by Business Standard.
Copies of the memorandum were circulated to various media houses which stated that the association strongly condemned the 14 February terror attacks which killed 40 Central Reserve Police Forms (CRPF) soldiers in Jammu and Kashmir’s (J&K) Pulwama district.
The association also expressed their deepest condolences to the families of martyred soldiers and said that they stand united against the terror act of Pakistan.
