T-series, India’s music record label and film production company, is set to displace the World’s more Popular channel- PewDiePie for the first position as the World’s most popular channel. In an earlier report, it was estimated that T-series was expected to overtake PewDiePie by November.
PewDiePie had recently informed his 67 million subscribers that his rule as the most subscribed channel was coming to an end. He still would hold the title of most subscribers for a person.
The Gulshan Kumar-founded music and film production house recently crossed the 67 million subscribers mark. While it is unfair to compare the two since one is a company, who also had a four-year head start, and the other is a channel built by an individual from Sweden, Felix Kjellberg.
Felix Kjellberg, who began his channel in 2010, is famously known among YouTubers and gamers around the world for his video game commentary and comedic vlogs, which has led him to become the most-subscribed user on YouTube since 2013. Various YouTube channels like Flare TV are also streaming the battle between the two live. You can follow it here.
