US Visa (US Embassy In The Kyrgyz Republic)
Take every due care when you apply for a US visa. Washington has empowered its State Department officials to reject visa application outright under certain circumstances. This would also mean that a visa applicant, whose application is rejected initially for not submitting adequate evidence for visa eligibility or fails to establish the bonafide for it, may not get the permit to enter the US if he/she submits a fresh application.
This would also mean companies that apply for an H1-B visa are not likely to get a second chance even if they submit more strong documentary evidence, reported Times of India. The latest order, which will be implemented from 11 September, also puts at risk extension of H-1B visa for an employee. The applicant could be deported if the extension is rejected.
The H-1B visa allows US companies to employ foreign workers in speciality occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialised fields such as in IT, finance, accounting, architecture, engineering, mathematics, science and medicine.
Ever since Donald Trump took over as the President of US, rejections of visa applications by the US have increased. Some 17 per cent of migrants make up US workforce. For Indians, roughly one in every four visa application is rejected by the US authorities.
