There is an explosion of Indians writing in English, and even as you read this, there are young authors who are writing in English on themes and issues that are rooted in our culture, our narratives and derived from our civilisational memories.
The Indic Book Club, Chennai Chapter, is happy to invite you for an evening to meet four such young and upcoming authors writing in different genres. The authors are:
- Bhavesh Kansara (Twisted Threads - Humour),
- Nithin Sridhar (Sabarimala Confusion - Menstruation across cultures),
- Manoshi Sinha (Saffron Swords - History) and
- Abhishek Banerjee (Operation Johar - Fiction)
Date: Saturday, 20 July 2019.
Time: 5.30pm.
