S. Karthikeyan

Dr. S. Karthikeyan has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication technologies. He was a technology development engineer at Intel prior to his return to India. He has hands-on experience working on photolithography process development and silicon wafer development for Intel’s 22nm, 14nm and 10nm technology nodes. He currently lives in Coimbatore and is an entrepreneur and agriculturist.
