Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has been quoted by ANI as saying that anyone not related to the Sushant Singh Rajput case or to the Maharashtra government should not comment on the matter as the matter is already being investigated by the Mumbai Police.
If Mumbai Police is already investigating the case, so anyone not related to Maharashtra govt and not related to the case should not comment on it as Mumbai Police is capable of conducting the probe on its own: Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena Leader on #SushantSinghRajputCase pic.twitter.com/sMszuaLbar

Raut also said that the Mumbai Police is capable of conducting the probe on its own.
This statement comes at a time when the Mumbai Police has been facing flack on social media over the manner in which it has conducted the probe into Sushant's death. The Maharashtra government too has faced criticism over its purported refusal to sign off on a CBI probe.
The Bihar Police meanwhile has been conducting a probe based on the complaint by Sushant's father against Rhea Chakraborty and her family.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
