Nepal's Communist Prime Minister K P Oli in a bid to promote Ayodhyapuri - which he calls the birth place of Lord Ram, has planned a Bhoomi Pujan at the site on Navratri, DNA has reported.
As per the report, the construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya Dham in Nepal will including the placing of idols of Ram, Laxman, Sita, and Hanuman.
Oli has also instructed Nepali officials to rename the Madi municipality as Ayodhyapuri.
This decision by Oli comes a few weeks after he sensationally claimed that Lord Ram was born in Nepal and not India.
Last week he told a delegation this week that he was convinced that Lord Ram was born in South Nepal's Ayodhyapuri, and not in Ayodhya which is situated in India. The assertion was made in a meeting called to discuss PM Oli's plans for the so-called birthplace of Lord Ram in Nepal.
