In an exclusive interview to Swarajya's Sharan Setty, Dr. C N Ashwath Narayan addresses issues relating to the implementation of the National Education Policy (2020). He says that (the NEP) is a "transformational, forward-looking education policy and aims to transform the education sector, people's lives and the society forever."
Furthermore, he also talks about the state of Bengaluru's infrastructure, making graduates more skilled and employable, Karnataka's stellar performance in attracting FDI and more.
Dr C N Ashwath Narayan is the current Minister of Information Technology - Biotechnology, Higher Education, Science and Technology of Karnataka. He also holds the position of the Minister of Skill development and Entrepreneurship & Livelihood of Karnataka.
He served as the 8th Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka from 20 August 2019 to 26 July 2021.
He is a Member of Karnataka Legislative Assembly representing the BJP from the Malleshwaram constituency.
