Prime Minister Modi To Inaugurate Three National Ayush Institutes On 11 December

Union Minister of Ayush, Sarbananda Sonowal, announced today (6 December) that three National Ayush Institutes will be dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 11 December.
These institutes, located in Goa, Ghaziabad, and Delhi, will focus on research and international collaborations to provide affordable Ayush services to the wider community.
The institutes will offer 400 additional seats for students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses, as well as 550 additional beds for patients. The institutes will focus on Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani medicine, respectively.
AIl India Institute of Ayurveda in Goa
The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Goa will provide top-quality facilities for undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral students, with a focus on education, research, and patient care through Ayurveda.
The institute will also serve as a model center for international and national collaboration in academics and research.
National Institute Of Homoeopathy in Delhi
The National Institute of Homoeopathy (NIH) in Delhi will be the first of its kind in Northern India, with a focus on developing the Homoeopathic system of medicine and providing health care facilities.
It will also work to mainstream and integrate Ayush healthcare services with modern medicine, encourage research and development, and develop National Institutes of repute.
National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM) in Ghaziabad
The National Institute of Unani Medicine (NIUM) in Ghaziabad will be a satellite center of the existing National Institute of Unani Medicine in Bangalore, and will be the first such institute in Northern India.
It will serve patients in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and other parts of India, as well as foreign nationals.
