BJP leader Sambit Patra has been admitted to a private hospital in Gurugram after he showed Covid-19 type symptoms. He is now undergoing treatment.
BJP’s National Information and Technology head Amit Malviya tweeted that Patra is in high spirits and fighting back.

Sambit Patra is one of BJP’s most prominent faces and is regularly seen representing the party in various television debates. He had also contested the Lok Sabha polls from Puri on a BJP ticket.
A few days earlier Congress spokesperson Sanjay Jha had tested positive for Coronavirus in Mumbai. He had announced self-isolation at home. Former Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan has also tested positive for Covid-19 he is now undergoing treatment in Mumbai.
