The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) looks set to rock the state of Haryana as per the initial trends as the saffron party looks to be leading in nine of the total ten Lok Sabha seats in the northern state while the primary opponents Congress and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) seem to be trailing behind.
The BJP had registered a win on seven of the ten Lok Sabha seats in the state in 2014.
The key figures to watch for in the results from Haryana include the fate of senior BJP leader from the state Krishan Pal Gujjar who is the incumbent Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment in Government of India.
Presently Gujjar is leading from the Faridabad constituency by a margin of 4,650 votes against Avtar Singh Bhadana of the Congress party.
