As per a Navbharat Times report, a video of the youths chanting Hanuman Chalisa had gone viral on social media following which the cops took action and arrested the youths. The youths in response have claimed that they had decided to chant Hanuman Chalisa at the mosque to promote brotherhood.
This development comes just a day after two youths identified as Faisal Khan and Chand Mohammad performed Namaz inside the Nand Baba temple in Mathura's Barsana while two others clicked their pictures.
"Without informing or taking permission from those at the temple premises, they offered their namaz here.", the complaint reads.
Now reports claim that Khan who has now been arrested in Delhi had participated in anti-CAA protests in earlier this year. Khan is reportedly said to have participated at the anti-CAA protests in Shaheen Bagh and other areas.
