In that incapacitated state she was allegedly raped by Meena. Also, based on the comlaint, Meena recorded the incident and threatened the victim of releasing the video if she made any complaint against him, before dropping her back to her village.
The woman claims that later, on 24 March 2019 Meena forced her to visit his home where he raped her again.
On this behest, a case has been registered against Meena under section 328, 384 and 376 (punishment for rape) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the investigation has been handed over to the state CB-CID.
