The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has released a short video to encourage bus usage among citizens in the city.
The video compares the life of the two mains leads with the names Ramesh and Suresh who prefers using Bus transport and private vehicle respectively.
The video later showcases that Suresh, who is using his own vehicle, usually has his breakfast in a hurry, gets stuck in traffic jam, breathes polluted air and is unable to maintain a positive work-life balance. While on the other hand, Ramesh breathes clean air, reads book and is living a happy life, both at workplace and at home.

The video finally concludes with a moral of the story that bus transport is good for your wallet, good for your job and is good for the environment.
It should be noted that BMTC had in the past as well made similar videos promoting bus transport usage in the city. In November last year, Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rai has issued a notification prohibiting entry of other vehicles on to the newly launched bus priority lane in Outer Ring Road (ORR) from Central Silk Board to Tin Factory (K.R. Puram).
