Ahead of the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union on 31 January, British Member of EU Parliament (MEP) Nigel Farage, a staunch supporter of Brexit, on Wednesday (29 January) delivered his final speech in the European legislature.
However, Nigel’s speech was cut-off before he could end it as he and his Brexit Party MEPS started to wave union flags of UK.
“I know you are going to miss us. I know you want to ban our national flags but we are going to wave you goodbye and we will look forward in the future to working with you...” Farage said in his concluding remarks as he, along with his party members, started waving union flags.

European Parliament’s Vice-President Mairead McGuinness switched off Farage’s microphone as he was finishing his speech, reports DailyMail.
“Put your flags away, you are leaving and take them with you,” VP McGuiness told the Brexit Party’s MEPs.
Following the event, the Brexit party members got up and walked out of the chamber.
According to the report, the clash took place as MEPs passed the Brexit Withdrawal deal - the final hurdle which needed to be cleared for the Britain to leave the EU on 31 January.
