The singer was reportedly arrested after the model lodged a complaint against him for allegedly sending her inappropriate pictures along with promising a job in a Bollywood movie.
Mika was arrested late night at 3 am from Bur Dubai and is being kept in an Abu Dhabi Jail. Indian Ambassador to UAE, Navdeep Singh Suri said Mika has sought consular access and a team is at the police station working on his case.

He was last seen on the stage at a Bollywood awards ceremony followed by a performance at a private party.
Mika was scheduled to perform at another private party in a Dubai hotel on Thursday (6 November) night after which he had to return to India.
This is not the first occasion when he is facing charges of inappropriate behaviour. Earlier, Rakhi Sawant had filed a complaint against Mika accusing him of forcibly kissing her at a party.
