Robin Li, the billionaire CEO of Chinese search giant Baidu was left drenched on stage after a man emptied a water bottle over his head during an AI conference, CNN has reported.
The bizarre incident left Li in a state of shock as he recoiled and said, "What's your problem?" in English.

The incident happened as Li was talking about the company’s self-driving vehicle program.
The person’s motives are still unknown with Baidu having released the following statement about the incident, "Someone 'threw cold water' at us at today's AI conference. There may be all kinds of unexpected turns on our path forward in AI development, but we won't change our mind and will keep going forward."
With Google locked out of the Chinese market, Baidu has been the biggest search provider in China for several years. With over 75 per cent of the Chinese market, this also makes it the second largest search engine in the world.
