‘Very Very Impressive’: US Consulate General Visits Statue Of Unity, Praises Its Size, Ambition And Beauty

The US consulate general, Edgad D Kagan, who visited the Statue of Unity commented that he was very impressed with the size of construction, the ambition and beauty behind it. He also added that it was a great pleasure to visit the world’s tallest statue, reports Desh Gujarat.
“I am very impressed by the sheer size of the construction and the beauty of the site and the ambition that is behind”, Kagan was quoted as saying.
He said that he had earlier seen the statue’s pictures and seen it on TV but the opportunity to see it firsthand outweighed it all.
He also made a visit to Turner project management corporation’s office and received detailed information on the Statue of Unity. He also paid a visit Sarvangin Gram Vikas Mandal at Mangrol in Nandod taluk.
