Good And Bad Of Khattar's Legacy And The BJP-JJP Split
Dear Readers,
The BJP-JJP split in Haryana did not come as a surprise to political watchers, and similarly, the news of a cabinet reshuffle in the state was not a shocker.
Especially after the Gujarat cabinet reshuffle and the new chief minister's announcement in MP, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, everyone is open to all possibilities regarding the kind of decisions the BJP can take, while others are second-guessing their next move.
However, the BJP-JJP alliance has been on tenterhooks for a while, and Manohar Lal Khattar, despite his best efforts last year, has not been winning any popularity contests.
Here's why:
There have been allegations of policy paralysis within the government.
The government has not attracted many large-scale investments in recent years or created more jobs.
Inadequate infrastructure development, especially in roadways, despite promises.
Rohit Pathania shared more about the recent developments in Haryana politics, including the achievements of the Khattar government, JJP's biggest loss, and the two most difficult seats for the BJP in Haryana ahead of the 2024 elections.
