Kriya Mahotsav 2025 is here
In today’s fast-changing cultural landscape, where global ideologies are aggressively redefining identity, purpose, and tradition, the Hindu ecosystem has risen with remarkable fortitude. From reviving temples to defending dharma in courtrooms, from publishing Indic thought to organizing spiritual gatherings—our institutions, thinkers, and seers have heroically held the line.
Kriya Utsava and Kriya Mahotsav were born not as alternatives, but as reinforcements—powerful new weapons in this ever-evolving dharmic arsenal. They aim to energize this work further by shifting the lens from contemplation to action, from awareness to implementation—without ever losing the sacred connection to our roots.
The idea behind Kriya Utsava is as timely as it is timeless: Dharma is lived through action—Kriya. Each Kriya Utsava is a half day, immersive event showcasing compelling monologues by exemplary doers, thinkers, seers, and practitioners. Every talk is built around a single question: What can the audience do, starting today, to uphold and strengthen dharma?
These talks are not theoretical discourses. They are calls to action—from how we care for neglected vigrahas to how we preserve sacred forests, from reviving ancient education systems to protecting the dignity of artisans and cows. These are real-world, dharma-rooted challenges that call for real-world responses.
Not Just Another Conference
What sets Kriya Utsava apart is its clarity of intent. It is not a platform for general discussion but a crucible of focused inspiration. Each speaker’s insight is backed by an actionable pathway—volunteer networks, toolkits, or partnerships that allow audiences to move from inspiration to implementation.
We held the first edition of Kriya Utsava on 8th November 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Since then, three more editions have been held in Delhi, each reinforcing the need for such a platform and the extraordinary hunger for dharma-driven, actionable content among youth, professionals, and elders alike.
A key milestone in our journey has been the partnership with Prasar Bharati, India’s national public broadcaster. This gives us a robust avenue to reach millions across Bharat—unfettered by social media algorithms or the ideological gatekeeping of digital platforms. We believe the stories of dharma should be told loud, proud, and unfiltered—and Prasar Bharati helps us do exactly that.
Kriya Utsava: Policy Impact Through People Power
Kriya Utsava doesn’t stop at inspiration—it aims to influence public policy. When thousands of citizens care about a dharmic issue and act on it, policymakers eventually take notice. Whether it's conservation of sacred groves, revival of Indic education models, or support for traditional artisans and temple priests—Kriya Utsava acts as a dharmic pressure valve, turning personal conviction into collective demand.
Enter Kriya Mahotsav: Making It Fun and Cool to Be Hindu
While Kriya Utsava is sharp and focused, Kriya Mahotsav is a broader Dharmic Confluence—a large-scale, multi-day gathering meant to bring together the many arms of the Hindu ecosystem under one roof. These events, planned once or twice a quarter in major metros, span five days across long weekends and offer immersive experiences—talks, exhibitions, workshops, live performances, and idea exchanges.
The first Kriya Mahotsav is taking place in Bengaluru, over five days, at a fantastic venue. It will feature the best of the Utsava talks, showcase on-ground impact of the calls to action, and become a melting pot where dharmic organizations, youth collectives, temple trusts, entrepreneurs, and traditional artisans meet and collaborate.
But it’s more than just serious business. Kriya Mahotsav seeks to make it fun and cool to be Hindu. With vibrant art, music, fashion, street food, games, and digital innovation rooted in dharma, we want young people to feel proud and joyful in expressing their cultural identity—not just privately, but publicly and creatively.
Kriya Utsava and Mahotsav are not here to replace anything. Instead, they offer the dharmic ecosystem a powerful set of tools:
Narrative Amplification: Each Kriya talk is crafted as a short, compelling narrative that can cut through clutter and reach millions—perfect for social sharing, short films, or curriculum inclusion.
Volunteer Magnet: Every edition results in concrete calls to action. Youth groups and community volunteers now have causes they can champion with clarity and structure.
Institutional Convergence: Whether it’s a publishing house, a mutt, a start-up, or a temple trust—Kriya creates a safe space for Sanatani alliances and synergy.
CSR and Philanthropy Friendly: Many dharmic causes suffer not due to lack of merit, but lack of packaging. Kriya presents them in a format ready for CSR funding and philanthropic engagement.
Pan-India Footprint with Local Relevance: With editions rotating across metros, Kriya is built to scale—both nationally and locally.
The Road Ahead
Our mission is simple: awaken, empower, and organize dharmic action. Through these talks and gatherings, we hope to create not just awareness, but tangible impact—thousands of new initiatives, lakhs of volunteers, and a sustained rise in national dharmic consciousness.
We are not here to "reform" the dharmic space. We are here to serve it, energize it, and stand alongside it as it steps into a new era of self-confidence and collective strength. As Sri Krishna reminds Arjuna in the Gita, it is not enough to know; we must do.
Kriya Utsava and Kriya Mahotsav are humble but determined steps in that direction. We invite the entire Hindu ecosystem to walk with us.
