Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Lucknow on Friday (10 January) where he will inaugurate the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit 2023.
UPGIS 2023, scheduled from 10 to 12 February 2023 at Lucknow, is the flagship investment summit of the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led UP government.
The three-day long Investors summit will bring together policy makers, corporate leaders, business delegations, academia, think-tanks and political and government leadership from across the globe, to collectively explore business opportunities and forge partnerships.
UPGIS 2023 will witness participation of more than 10,000 delegates (domestic and international) from over 20 countries, generating widespread influence and will serve as a unique forum for business networking, knowledge sharing and strategic partnerships by bringing together business leaders, political and economic dignitaries, entrepreneurs, and industry associates from across the world.
The Yogi government has set a target of attracting investment intents of worth Rs 10 lakh crore at UPGIS 2023 and has come out with a new online system for signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and monitoring their implementation.
PM Modi will also inagurate Global Trade Show and launch Invest UP 2.0.
