Some professors, through ideological intoxication and indoctrination, are ruining the lives of students.

Recently, the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) hit the headlines for the wrong reasons. As per media reports, at least 10 TISS students were booked over an event organised to mark the death anniversary of 'Prof.' G. N. Saibaba, who was accused of having deep links with Maoists.

Soon after the police action, a group came forward and cried "state repression". All of this appeared to be a familiar template of the modus operandi used by the anti-Bharat ultra-Left cabal active on campuses of higher educational or premier institutes.

Talking of the modus operandi of this cabal, they first indoctrinate impressionable young minds on educational campuses. Then, they instigate them against the State (irrespective of the political party in power).

Slowly, they plant thoughts that idolise individuals who were accused of having links with Maoists or other anti-Bharat forces. This cabal, masquerading as 'professors' or 'guides', uses these influenced students to organise programmes for such 'idols'.

When the police come into the picture, students get booked, and the cabal or its 'ecosystem' cries hoarse about "state repression". Unfortunately, the so-called professors remain scot-free, whilst misguided students bear the brunt and face situations that jeopardise their aspirations for a bright career and a good life.

The Template of Indoctrination

This template has been implemented for a substantial period of time, and now the time has come to investigate the role of these professors who are acting like "grooming gangs", spreading anti-Bharat venom on campuses.

Some of these professors, through ideological intoxication and indoctrination, are ruining the lives of students. They not only ideologically brainwash students but also brazenly go to any length to indoctrinate vulnerable groups of students.

This includes having fun with them, arranging flats outside the campus for them, and making drugs, alcohol, and unbridled proximity readily available to groom students. The Left ideology sanctions this licentiousness and breeds negativism towards the State.

Through academic discourses with a tilt, it gives them a flawed moral justification to go to any means to overthrow the Government. Topics for research, seminars, or paper presentations are also fabricated to suit the anti-Bharat narrative. Reading lists are dictated to further this narrative.

If the students take the blame as adults and face the action, their professors deserve even more for the dark pit they are leading their students into.

Unfortunately, these grooming gangs are so deeply entrenched in the education system that several patriotic and un-indoctrinated professors are afraid to speak up against them.

Well-read and aware patriotic students who do not fall prey to the nefarious designs of these grooming gangs are harassed, humiliated, or even deprived of opportunities. As a result, even students who are genuinely interested only in studies find it difficult to stay neutral.

Growing Influence Operations

Given the fact that Bharat is marching towards becoming the third-largest economy in the world, the anti-Bharat forces of the world are stepping up their influence operations, and the campuses of higher or reputed educational institutions have become the operational fields for these grooming gangs.

What happened at TISS is just one case. Previously, the anti-Bharat stand taken by some indoctrinated students on the campuses of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Jadavpur University, etc., and the mockery of national icons like Swatantryaveer Savarkar at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University were reported in the media and on social media.

In fact, according to media reports quoting senior police officers, even (now late) 'Prof.' G. N. Saibaba had mentored a student from Delhi to join the Maoist fold.

Several academics, poets, writers, and scholars have faced accusations of having links with anti-Bharat Maoists, whose sole objective is to overthrow the Government and "capture power through the barrel of a gun".

The Need for Investigation

Hence, before this cancer grows further and brings disrepute to premier institutes like TISS and others, an investigation must be launched into the role of these grooming gangs masquerading as professors.

Also, deterrent action needs to be taken against this cabal so that the premier institutes of Bharat proudly retain their repute in the eyes of every Bharatiya.
