According to the BSF, the drone entered Indian territory from Pakistan and was detected in the area of Border Outpost Rajatal in the Amritsar Sector.

On 13 April, Army troops had brought down another Pakistani drone carrying five loaded AK magazines, some cash and a sealed packet, in the Rajouri area of Jammu and Kashmir near the Line of Control (LoC).
