‘He Knows More About Italy’s Culture’: Amit Shah Slams Congress’s Kharge For Mocking Rajnath Singh’s Shastra Puja

Union Minister for Home Affairs, Amit Shah went all-in after former member of parliament (MP) and Congress party heavyweight Mallikarjun Kharge for his remarks criticising and mocking Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's Shastra puja while the latter was taking ownership of the first of 36 Rafale fighter aircrafts in France yesterday (9 October), reports Asian News International (ANI).

Slamming Kharge for calling Singh's Shastra puja a 'tamasha', Shah asked, "You (Kharge) tell whether you should do arms worship to conquer the enemy on the day of Vijayadashmi or not?" Furthering his tirade, Shah asserted that Kharge is more aware of the culture of Italy than India.

Meanwhile, the Indian Air Force (IAF) received the first of its Rafale aircraft with the tail number RB-001 whereby the RB points to the initials of the incumbent Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, who was one of the negotiators of the 36 jet deal between the Governments of India and France.
