Jammu TADA Court To Hear Case Against JKLF Chief Yasin Malik For Role In Killing IAF Personnel On 26 November

Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik will finally be tried by the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Prevention Act (TADA) court in Jammu on 26 November for his involvement in the killing of four Indian Air Force (IAF) personals in January 1990, reports ANI.

It took 29 years to a file a case JKLF chief Yasin Malik for allegedly killing IAF personnel that included Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna whose name was approved and added to the National War Memorial located in New Delhi.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had filed a charge sheet against him later that year and Malik is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with a terror funding case.

Nirmal Khanna led a relentless fight to seek justice for her late husband Squadron Leader Khanna and she had also suggested her husband's name to be included on the National War Memorial.
