Kerala: Alfia And Akhil Marry Each Other Day After She Was Taken Away By Police Minutes Before Her Wedding

Alfia, a Muslim woman, who was taken away minutes before her wedding to Akhil, a Hindu man by the police after a complaint by her father, married him today (20 June).

The complaint was reportedly filed even though the two familes had met earlier and agreed to Alfia going with Akhil.

However, after recording her statement, the court had let her go with Akhil.
