Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), who had arrested a 20-years-old individual named Sayyed Faisal Wahab from Nashik for making a threat call to murder Uttar Pradesh (UP) Chief Minister (CM) Yogi Adityanath in a bomb blast, has now handed over the accused to UP's Special Task Force (STF), reports Asian News International (ANI).
The accused from Nashik has already accepted to have made the threat call against CM Adityanath. Maharashtra Police acted to arrest him after the STF from UP provided information on him.
As reported by Times of India, after the threat was made, Nashik ATS pressed into action and detained Wahab from Darusslam colony of the city. He will also now be handed over to UP Police. He was produced before a Mumbai court on Sunday (24 May) and is now set to be produced before a court in UP on or before 28 May.
