IAF Chief RKS Bhadauria (PTI)
As the situation between Indian and China continues to remain tensed along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), the Indian Air Force (IAF)'s top brass is set to meet to take a stock of the situation and formulate the path ahead, reports The Times of India.
The top commanders of the IAF will meet for the two-day-long conference which would begin on 22 July. The conference will be led by Chief of Air Staff, RKS Bhadauria with attendance from all of his seven commanders-in-chief.
Meanwhile, the Air Force has already deployed its entire fleet of modern fighter jets like Mirage 2000, Sukhoi-30, MiF-29 all along the advanced and forward bases, from where they have been regularly conducting day and night patrolling.
It should be noted that the IAF, along with the Indian Army and the Indian Navy has been on the highest levels of alert to deter any Chinese misadventures. While the Army and the IAF are holding the fronts along the LAC, the Indian Navy has also been keeping vigil across the Indian Ocean.
