Aam Aadmi Party Member of Parliament (MP) Bhagwant Mann has been found guilty of deliberately breaching Parliament security by video-recording security arrangements in Parliament and uploading it on social media. A nine-member committee of Lok Sabha MPs constituted by Speaker Sumitra Mahajan to probe the video and its implications has demanded strong action against Mann.
The team, headed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Kirit Somaiya, comprised Meenakshi Lekhi and Satyapal Singh (both BJP), Anandrao Adsul (Shiv Sena), Bharthruhari Mahtab (Biju Janata Dal), Ratna De (Trinamool Congress), Thota Narasimham (Telugu Desam), K C Venugopal (Congress) and P Venugopal (AIADMK).
