The Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust which has been entrusted to construct a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya, has invited veteran leaders LK Advani, MM Joshi, Uma Bharti and also Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS)'s Mohan Bhagwat for the 'Bhoomi Pujan' ceremony, reports Economic Times.
As per the Trust, the auspicious ceremony which is set to take place on 5 August will be live-telecast on national broadcaster Doordarshan. The developments were made public by Anil Mishra, a member of the trust.
The Trust has however decided to have a limited gathering of 200 people at the event in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the ceremony will be held abiding by the norms of social distancing.
Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh (UP)'s Chief Minister (CM) Yogi Adityanath will also be attending the ceremony in Ayodhya.
