Bangladesh Pushes Back Against Rohingya Refugees Entering The Country

At a time when former United Nations secretary general Kofi Annan is set to probe the alleged atrocities against Rohingyas (Bangladeshi-origin Muslims in Myanmar), Bangladesh Border Guards (BGB) pushed back at least 107 Rohingyas trying to enter the country's western Cox's Bazar district.
Bangladesh has pushed back 435 Rohingyas this month alone. Security forces in Myanmar launched a crackdown on Rohingya terrorists after they allegedly attacked three border posts in that country's Rakhine province, killing nine police officers.
So far, 86 Rohingyas have been killed and an estimated 30,000 displaced by the operations. Rohingyas and rights groups accuse the Myanmarese security forces of atrocities and human rights violations, but the Myanmarese authorities rubbish those allegations.
