Boosting Public Transport: Haryana Government Decides To Add 1,500 New Buses To Roadways Fleet

In a major push towards overhauling the road based public transport in the State of Haryana, the State Government led by Chief Minister (CM) Manohar Lal Khattar has decided to add 1,500 new buses to the fleet of Haryana Roadways, reports Asian News International (ANI).

The development was made public by the State's Minister Transport and Mining Mool Chand Sharma on Saturday (8 February) after the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Committees in Sonipat city of the State.


Meanwhile, at the meeting, the authorities and the Minister took up eleven complaints, of which seven were settled on the spot. Minister Sharma has directed the concerned officers to investigate the remaining four complaints.
