With the Supreme Court's decision to expedite and hear the Ayodhya's Ram Janmabhoomi title suit for five days a week, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) is all set to boost the carving of stones at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas Karyashala in Ayodhya, reports Hindustan Times.

The information was made public by the regional spokesperson of the VHP, Sharad Sharma. Sharma also shared that the VHP and Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas would soon hire artisans from Rajasthan to carve the stones at the workshop.

The workshop is presently laden with piles of carved stone pillars and red stone slabs for the proposed temple of the Lord Ram. According to Sharma, almost 67 per cent of the work at the workshop is already over which will make the ground floor of the said temple.

The head of Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das has also pressed for expediting the carving of stones in the hope of the judicial proceedings to culminate by November.

The workshop is equipped with two giant stone cutters, a wooden model of the to-be-built temple, a shed and quarters for workshop staff and employed artisans.
