Congress Attempts To Mollify SM Krishna While Yeddyurappa Invites Him To Join BJP

According to news reports, the political secretary to Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi, Ahmed Patel has apprised SM Krishna that the party high command wants to resolve any differences he has with the party.
Patel has also requested Krishna to not leave the party that he has served for over four decades. In addition to Patel, Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah insisted Krishna on Monday to not leave the party as it faces difficult time at both national and state level.
But Krishna stated that he wouldn’t change his decision as it was made after examining various issues within the party. On the other side, BS Yeddyurappa and other BJP leaders are trying to get Krishna to join the party, stating-
