Controversial lifetime member of the House of Lords Nazir Ahmed courted a major controversy after wishing for the death of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Twitter.
The UK lawmaker who was recently charged with two counts of attempted child rape in Rotherham back when he was a teenager, took to twitter on Monday (26 August) to claim that Prime Minister Modi is next, while referring to the recently deceased BJP leaders like Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj and Manohar Parrikar.
The Pakistan origin MP while reacting to a purported statement by Sadhvi Pragya tweeted “hey Narendra Modi is next” while reacting to the deaths of senior BJP leaders.
Ahmed who has viciously opposed the abrogation of Article 370 had recently shared a 9-year-old video in an effort to target the Indian Army.
Ahmed who until recently was a member of the Labour Party and had been sentenced to a year in jail over a motorway crash. He had later blamed his punishment on a Jewish conspiracy. He had also reportedly said that if the US could issue a $10 million bounty on global terrorist Hafiz Saeed’s head, he too could do the same for Obama and Bush.
