The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has told the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) not to wash its trains using water pumped out using borewells that were not authorised, reports PTI. The court said that the corporation could only use water from borewells that had permission to operate after it was told that the DMRC had permission only for 164 borewells but was operating 276 borewells.
