Faisal Khan who is accused of offering Namaz at the Nand Baba temple in Mathura's Barsana, had also participated in anti-CAA protests, reports Times Now.

Faisal Khan, Chand Mohammad, Alok Ratan, and Nilesh Gupta have been booked by the Uttar Pradesh Police following a complaint by Nand Baba temple priest Kanha Goswami.

As per reports, cops have claimed that Khan and Mohammad offered Namaz while Gupta and Ratan clicked their pictures. The priest in his complaint has claimed that the accused had offered Namaz in a clandestine manner.

"Without informing or taking permission from those at the temple premises, they offered their namaz here.", the complaint reads.

Now reports claim that Khan who has now been arrested in Delhi had participated in anti-CAA protests in earlier this year. Khan is reportedly said to have participated at the anti-CAA protests in Shaheen Bagh and other areas.
