Financial Crisis? Pakistani Diplomat Found Stealing The Wallet Of Kuwaiti Counterpart; Gets Arrested

A Pakistani diplomat was caught on camera stealing a wallet that belonged to a Kuwaiti delegate who was attending a Pakistan-Kuwait Joint Ministerial Commission meeting on Friday (28 September).
Joint Secretary for Investment and Facilitation, Zarar Haider Khan, was caught on CCTV, stealing the purse. This was checked after the Kuwaiti delegate complained that his wallet was lost.
India Today quoted an official of the Finance Ministry as saying, “All officers of the Ministry of Industries and Economics Affairs Division, as well as other participants, were shocked when the head of the Kuwaiti mission complained about loss of wallet. This is a very unfortunate development that has brought a bad name to the country as well as the officers working here.”
The diplomat has been arrested and legal proceedings against him have been initiated.
