Indian Sikh Girl Who Went Missing In Pak’s Kartarpur Found, Says SAD Leader While Cautioning Visitors Of ‘Honeytrap’

A Sikh girl, who went missing in Pakistan’s Kartarpur three days ago, has been found and sent back to India, said Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa in a video message on Tuesday (3 December).
He revealed that the girl, who hailed from Rohtak, Haryana, “was in touch with a man from Pakistan through social media, who lured her to visit the Gurudwara Darbar Sahib via Kartarpur Corridor and meet him”.
While cautioning visitors about honeytrap, Sirsa noted that many incidents of girls being trapped this way had occurred.
With his video message on Twitter, he also wrote, “Thanking Almighty that the girl from Haryana was sent back to India otherwise her fate would have been same as other Sikh or Hindu girls in Pakistan who are forced to convert to Islam.”
“I want to caution visitors of Sri Kartarpur Sahib in Pak; pls be aware about this honeytrap,” he added.
The girl was a part of a jatha visiting the Gurudwara three days ago and had since been missing. The police in Pakistan had, earlier, arrested four men from Lahore and Faisalabad cities in connection with the matter.
