Budget airline IndiGo is offering jobs to pilots of Jet Airways along with compensation for overdue salaries from the cash-strapped full-service airline. It also stated that all job offers are in line with their current terms and conditions.
Jet Airways, which has been hit with a financial crises, has not paid the salaries due to its engineers, pilots, and other senior management for around three months now. "IndiGo is offering Jet Airways' pilots job opportunities,” said an IndiGo spokesperson.

IndiGo is, currently, facing an acute shortage of commanders amid aggressive expansion of its fleet. The carrier has more than 210 planes in its fleet.
