Jaipur: Labourer Removed From Congress’ Office For Wearing A T-Shirt With Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Name On It

Congress removed a labourer from their Jaipur party office after noticing him putting a poster of Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi while wearing a T-shirt from a 2018 event which was attended by PM Narendra Modi.
According to a Zee News report, the back of the t-shirt had Prime Minister Modi’s name along with the name of the event mentioned in it. The incident took place on 26 April during a meeting of Congress leader Sam Pitroda.
The labourer, who had worn a white t-shirt, was busy organising the venue for the meeting and the shirt went unnoticed by many including leaders present at the spot. However, when few people found out and brought it to their notice, the labourer was removed from the party office premises.
It was later found that the t-shirt was one of many items that were released and distributed on 16 January 2018, when the Prime Minister was invited as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the Barmer Refinery and Petrochemical complex.
