The Supreme Court has asked that it be given the pricing of Rafale Jets in a sealed cover within ten days, the Economic Times has reported. It has also asked the government to share information that can be shared in the public domain with the petitioners. The court has decided 14 November as the next date for the hearing.

The court was hearing a petition filed by Former Union Ministers Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie along with the lawyer Prashant Bhushan. They have sought a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the matter. As many as four petitions have been filed against the deal.

The Supreme Court had sought details of the decision-making process in the Rafale Deal while hearing a petition that sought suspension of the deal on 10 October. The Supreme Court bench had said that it would not look into the issue of pricing. It also refused to issue a notice to the central government. But it has changed this stance in its recent orders.
