Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport To Re-Open Terminal 1 For Domestic Flights From 10 March

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Mumbai will be re-opening its Terminal 1 for domestic flight operations with effect from 10 March.
Go Air, Star Air, Air Asia and Trujet will resume all their domestic operations from the terminal, reports ANI.
In case of Indigo, while most of its flight operations will be managed from Terminal 2, the base flights will operate through Terminal .
The airport is the second busiest airport in the country in terms of total and international passenger traffic after Delhi. It has three operating terminals and handles about 950 aircraft movements per day.
Mumbai Metro is expected to provide connectivity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It will reduce the commute time between Colaba and the airport to 40 minutes.
