SC Restores Ban On Firecrackers In Delhi And NCR Till November, To Be Regulated After That

Earlier in September this year, the apex court had temporarily lifted the ban. However a petition was filed to restore the ban which the bench comprising of Justices A K Sikri and Ashok Bhushan heard on 6 October.
The court also said that the sale of crackers will resume from 16 November, but with ‘conditions’.
