Direct to Home (DTH) operator Tata Sky has introduced a temporary suspension service which will come handy for the Flexi Annual recharge plan, the Telecom Talk reports.
At the start of August, Tata Sky had modified its annual flexi plan to provide instant benefits to new subscribers who wish to avail this plan. Under the plan, subscribers who had opted for the long-term recharge offers would avail one additional month for recharging for 12 months at one go.
The temporary suspension service will be available for customers who have opted for or who will opt for the Tata Sky Cashback offer (Renamed from Annual Flexi Plan). The offer can be availed by users by logging into Tata Sky’s website or mobile application.
Subscribers who have opted for this plan will be able to suspend their DTH services temporarily. The service comes in handy if users are travelling out of town for a few days and do not want their long-term recharges in vain.
