Vegetable Seller Habeeb Khan Turns Into ISI Spy, Joins Hand With Army Man To Leak Info To Pakistan, Both Arrested

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police arrested two persons, a vegetable seller and an army man, for providing classified documents to the Inter-Services Intelligence of Pakistan.
The vegetable supplier, identified as Habeeb Khan, was picked up on Tuesday (13 July) by the Delhi Police near the Pokhran Army base camp in Rajasthan.
Investigation revealed that the army man Paramjit, presently posted as a clerk at a highly secret operational unit of the Agra Cantt, leaked secret maps, important information related to the army's operation plan, army personnel training, etc. Habib in exchange for money.
Paramjit was earlier posted at Pokhran, where he contacted Habib, who asked him to share the secret documents, reports Zee News.
Habib's relatives are based in Sindh, and he even visited Pakistan. In his visit, he met some people involved in the spy racket who asked Habib to share the documents for money.
Police said that the money was sent through the hawala network, and almost Rs eight to nine lakh was paid to Paramjit for leaking out the data.
"Multiple bank accounts used in the crime have been found, the matter is being thoroughly investigated," a police official told PTI.
