PM Modi in Ladakh (@ANI/Twitter)
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (3 July) addressed the Indian Armed Force personnel at the Nimmoo Brigade Headquarters in Ladakh.
Prime Minister Modi in his speech said that a message has been sent to the world about India's strength thanks to the bravery of Indian troops.
While paying a tribute to the soldiers martyred at Galwan, Prime Minister Modi said that the courage of Indian troops is higher than the heights where they are posted today.
"Your valour is unparalleled, higher than the mountains you patrol. Your determination is stronger than the rocks you stand. I have seen this for myself. When the country is in your hands, the country has unbreakable faith", Prime Minister Modi was quoted as saying.
Prime Minister Modi added that he wishes to pay tribute to two mothers today - one being Bharat Mata and the other being all the brave women who gave birth to such warriors.
Prime Minister Modi ended his speech by chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram along with all the troops present at the venue.

The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
